We use Twilio solely as our message-delivery provider. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Text alerts are optional and not a condition of purchasing any service — every alert is also delivered by email. Message frequency varies with alert activity at the monitored property. Alert and notification records are retained as part of the permanent service record for each monitored property — that record is part of what the service provides. Contact information is kept while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward as required for business and legal purposes.
