RGB Home Solutions monitors vacant and seasonal homes with sensors. Customers who opt in receive automated home-monitoring and service text messages about their monitored property: water leak detected, freeze risk, power or connectivity loss, system status, a one-time welcome message when monitoring is connected, and notices about their monthly report and account.
Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to purchase or use any RGB Home Solutions service. Every alert and report the service produces is also delivered by email, and urgent matters can be handled by a phone call. Customers who decline text messages receive the identical monitoring service at the identical price.
Customers and their designated alert contacts (a caretaker, family member, or property manager) can opt in here, or by initialing the identical consent section on the written service agreement. The checkbox is optional — submitting without it keeps you on email alerts only.
